Light and Dark Energy is a UK product company building across publishing, private assets and culture. Different categories are connected by one ambition: making the world easier to understand and more interesting to explore.
Our story
We did not begin with a category. We began with questions.
How can technology help a person go deeper into an idea? How can data reveal opportunities that are otherwise difficult to see? How can an editorial platform connect culture, innovation and purpose?
Those questions became four products: NLPflash, Possessions, Victory Of and Tender Operations. Light and Dark Energy exists as the studio behind them — giving each project room to develop its own identity while sharing technology, judgement and an appetite for ambitious work.
Artificial intelligence is part of how we research, build and operate. But it is not the end product. The end product is a clearer decision, a useful discovery or a perspective worth spending time with.
